Our Orchard is nestled in the rolling hills of Fallbrook, San Diego County, California. Fallbrook is a community of 45,000 persons, directly East of the Camp Pendelton Marine Base and approximately 13 miles from the Pacific Ocean at an elevation varying from 500 to 1200 feet above sea level.
Our Mentor Tom Cooper's orchard is the only undedicated research station for Macadamia trees in the mainland USA. It has 38 varieties within the 400 trees growing here. Varieties from Australia, Hawaii, Israel, Costa Rica, Mexico, and California are under examination.
Some of the trees grown here were originally rejects of the Hawaiian Agricultural Experimental Station Research Orchard on the Island of Hawaii. These trees have proven to be either good or satisfactory introductions in Southern California and other countries.
The varieties grown here have more of the essential oils of Macadamia (flavor) than any of the Hawaiian varieties, and we encourage you to enjoy the difference!

Our family farms a one and one-half acre plot of land with 18 Macadamia trees, many of which are now 15 years old. Additionally we service nearly 1000 trees with an aggregate production near 60,000 pounds of nuts-in-shell annually. We also grow avocado, cherimoya, apple, plums, pears, assorted citrus, guava, potatoes, vegetables and herbs.
